THE assembled sub floor is two layers of plywood and Velcro system with 2" XPE foam blocks. Bottom Boards have one foam block for every square foot.
Important Message: DO NOT use any type of glue or hardware (nails, screws, etc.) to assemble your sprung floor. Each piece will connect with velcro that has been attached during the manufacturing.
