This 2-layer Baltic Birch Spring Floor has a top & bottom cap to secure the spring to the board. Each cap is locked in securely with thread locker on each bolt and T-nut to create a firm foundation for all athletes.

Q: Does the floor come with instructions?
A: Each pallet comes with a gift, a floor diagram, thank you note and an assembly instructional video.
Q: Will the Truck driver bring the floor into our Gym/House?
A: No, the driver's responsibility is to bring it to the back of the truck, it is your responsibility to unload.
Q: Are the floors fully assembled or do we need to attach the springs when the floor is delivered?
A: We sell completed floors with springs attached or DIY Spring floor Kits.
Q: : What mats are best for the top of a martial arts subfloor?
Glory and Power sells several different types of martial arts mats. Professional grade puzzle mats that are 1 meter x 1 meter, and 1” thick. Additionally, we sell Tatami mats, Hybrid Tatami mats, and Swain mats that are 1 meter x 2 meters and 1⅝” thickness. Our mats are available in a variety of colors.

4. Inspect the mat prior to and after any use. Inspect the mat for damage, defects or wear, including tears and flattening of the energy absorbing materials. Additionally mat protection may vary according to room temperature and age. Damaged products should be repaired or replaced immediately. If in doubt, do not use this product.
5. Mats can move during use. Before each use, always check the mat for proper positioning and ensure the mat is safely secured together. Read the owner manual before initial use.
6. Know your own limitations and the limitations of this product. Follow progressive learning techniques and always consult an instructor.
7. Frequently clean mats using appropriate mat cleaning products or other disinfectants to prevent skin infections. DO NOT USE BLEACH!
