Gaffer tape is a real Dance floor tape not to be confused with duct tape. Gaffer Tape is a matte cloth tape with a rubber based adhesive system.  A staple for every Dance floor, stage, TV, and film technician. Gaffer's Tape is a strong fabric tape with a matte finish and leaves very little residue. We call this Gaffers Tape, but it's also known as Gaff, Grip, or Dolly tape.
